**Coverage Need**
- Assignment Dates: November 3-10, 2025 (7:30a start)
- Ongoing dates begin January 2026 as schedules are released
- Monday-Friday: 7:30a-5p onsite scoping with Emergency Room coverage
- Monday-Friday: 5p-7:30a night call
- Saturday-Sunday: 7:30a-7:30a 24-hour call
- Approximately 14 shifts per month

- Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Call
- Call Type: Weeknight and weekend 24-hour call
- Admissions Required: No
- EMR: EPIC
- Temporary Privileges Available: Yes, emergency temps (45 days)
- Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN
- Trauma Level: III
- Average patients per day during scoping: 12-16
- Anesthesiologist on site: Yes
- Rounding involved: Yes
- Provider responsible for completing all requested orders including pathology

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Active CO license or willing to obtain (IMLC accepted)
- Active DEA
- Must be available for listed dates and confirm all availability through December 2025
