**Coverage Need**
- Assignment Dates:
- June 15 August 15: 24/7 coverage, in-house 7am 5pm, call 5pm 7am
- August 15 September 10: Intermittent coverage (weekends, call, day shift)
- Ortho Clinic: One half-day/week; 5 10 patients (indigent population)
- Minimum 10 days of call/month; up to 14 possible

- Call Type: 24-hour call, 1:3 ratio, covering two locations
- Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric (no peds at this time)
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified
- NJ License (must be active, not accepting candidates willing to obtain)
- BLS certification
- Rates must be included on presentation (Daily rate 7am 5pm, Night call 5pm 7am, Hourly call back)
