Lane Regional Medical Center, a 139-bed state-of-the-art community hospital in Zachary, Louisiana, is seeking a dedicated nocturnist physician to join our growing hospitalist team. We offer a collaborative, supportive environment with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and community-based care.

Opportunity Overview

• Schedule: 7-on/7-off block schedule (flexible scheduling available)
• Hours: night shift coverage
• Coverage Model: 2 daytime physicians, 1 nocturnist, 1 day APC, 1 night APC
• Average Daily Encounters: 56 across the team
• ICU: open ICU with 7 beds (no procedures required)
• EMR: Epic

Candidate Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM)
• Louisiana medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Must be comfortable managing an open ICU 
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (H1b visa candidates are welcome to apply)
