**Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant--Family Medicine in Beaumont, TX**
**Full-Time, Permanent**
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to patients in a full-time role. This provider will work closely with the Medical Director and care team to deliver high-quality patient care, manage chronic conditions, and support community health initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including medical histories, physical exams, lab orders, diagnosis, and treatment
Develop and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with the Medical Director
Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes
Coordinate follow-up care and medication management
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with policy and regulatory standards
Participating in community health events and outreach opportunities
Requirements:
Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (or ability to obtain before employment)
Valid DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong communication and teamwork skills
