Job Summary:
A well-established and growing cardiology practice in Lafayette, Indiana is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Electrophysiologist to join a comprehensive cardiology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., with hospital rotation (1:2)
Provide both inpatient and outpatient care
Perform a range of electrophysiology procedures, including:
Permanent pacemaker implants
Pacemaker lead extractions
Leadless pacemaker implants
ICD implants
Left atrial appendage closure
Ablations: Atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, SVT, VT cryoablation
Convergent procedures in collaboration with cardiovascular surgeons
Utilize state-of-the-art lab technology, including:
Biosense Webster Cartosound Mapping system
GE recording system
Cryoballoon case connectivity

Qualifications:
Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)
Active physician license or eligibility in the state of Indiana
Board certification or board eligibility in Electrophysiology
Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association certification required upon hire
