Located in Albany, OR.
Full Time & Permanent Position.
A non-profit integrated health care system, is seeking a new-grad or experienced Psychologist to join our team in picturesque Albany, OR.
This role involves structured testing, clinical interviews and diagnostic recommendations for children and adolescents 2-18 years old with complex developmental and behavioral needs, particularly for Autism Spectrum Disorder, (ASD).
Expect to use ASD-specific tools within this role such as the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) or the Autism Diagnostic Interview - Revised, (ADI-R). Additionally, this provider will utilize other cognitive, academic, and social-emotional screenings such as WISC, WIAT, BASC, and others.
Providers and their families will appreciate the abundant outdoor beauty found around the friendly community of Albany, as well as proximity to the pristine Oregon Coast, the Cascade Mountains for snow sports, and Portland, Oregon's largest city - all within two hours! **Job Requirements**
-Currently licensed/eligible in Oregon in psychology and must meet credentialing standards
-Prior experience in pediatric psychological assessment and report writing is preferred, but new graduates with focused training in child/adolescent assessment and ASD evaluations are encouraged to apply. Mentorship and support will be provided to ensure a smooth transition.
