**Physiatrist (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation) - General and Neuro Rehabilitation**

**Full Time and Permanent Employment**
Position Summary:
A thriving, multidisciplinary practice in Lafayette, Indiana is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Physiatrist to meet the increasing demand for inpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) services. This full-time role includes acute inpatient responsibilities, complemented by outpatient clinic and procedure work, supporting continuity of care throughout the rehabilitation process.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate physician with a passion for improving the functional ability and quality of life of patients affected by musculoskeletal disorders, neurological injuries, chronic pain, and other conditions. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, displays excellent interpersonal skills, and is committed to patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
This position also offers opportunities for developing or expanding specialty rehab programs (e.g., cancer, cardiac, or pulmonary rehab) and supports interventional or diagnostic procedural growth.
What You Can Expect:
Flexible full-time schedule
Weekend call and rounding rotation: 1:2
Practice scope includes inpatient consultations, outpatient clinic, and procedures
Comprehensive specialty programs including stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, orthopedic/musculoskeletal, pain, and neuromuscular disorders
Strong, stable referral base and consistent year-over-year growth
Dedicated and experienced clinical support team for each provider
Qualifications:
Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO) Required
Indiana Physician License or eligibility Required upon hire
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in PM&R Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association Required upon hire
Compensation & Benefits:

27 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) plus 5 days for CME with annual stipend
