**Submissions Requirements**
- Board certified (no BE); will accept IM or FM with minimum 2 years recent ED experience
- MI license - active at time of name clear (IMLC not accepted)
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Clean background for quick credentialing
- Provider must be local
- Rate must be submitted at time of name clear
