Job Description

We are hiring four Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to rotate between two locations:

Clay County Hospital in Flora, IL, and Salem Township Hospital, located in Salem, IL, starting June 16th. Clay County Hospital in Flora, IL: Monday-Thursday. Flora is located two hours east of St. Louis, MO, and 30 minutes from Salem.

Cases: Ortho, Endo, General Surgery, Gastro, and Podiatry.

Salem is located one and a half hours east of St. Louis, MO, and 30 minutes from Flora, General Surgery, Orthopedic, GI, GYN, Endo, Gastro, and Eyes

◦ One week in Flora, IL: four days (Monday-Thursday) with no call

◦ One week in Salem, IL: five days (Monday-Friday) with no call

◦ One week in Salem, IL: five days (Monday-Friday) on call/call back paid $185 per hour

◦ One week off

Compensation

$270,000 1099 M/P ins. With tail coverage

13 weeks off

13 weeks on call in Salem

13 weeks no call/work Monday-Friday in Salem

13 weeks work four days a week in Clay County, Flora, IL 

We are also looking for 2 Day CRNAs no call or weekdays at Deaconess Illinois Medical located in

Marion, IL

Days only no call/weekends or holidays

**W2 Compensation** 

$290k W-2 with 8 weeks of PTO plus all benefits

$185/hr for hours worked over 40 

 

**1099 Compensation**

$325k at $185 per hour with a 44-week commitment (8 weeks off)

 

**W2 Benefits** 

- Up to 8 weeks of vacation 

- CME $3000

**Practice Model:** 

CRNAs work independently. 

CRNAs perform regional anesthesia and lines. 

CRNAs can practice to the top of their license and skill set.
