Job Description
We are actively seeking an experienced Family Practice Physician for a full-time locum tenens opportunity in Texas. This is an outpatient primary care clinic serving patients of all ages—from infants to adults—with a strong support system and a fast-paced, community-centered environment.
Position Details:
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 3-month assignment with option to extend
- Outpatient only – no nights, no weekends, no call
- 20–24 patients per day
- Support staff includes MAs and APPs
- EMR: Athena
- Diverse patient population
- Credentialing takes up to 2 weeks
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active Texas medical license
- Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience
- Current CPR certification
- Complete vaccine records: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Flu, Tdap, COVID-19, and annual TB
