Join a well-established and thriving Primary Care practice with available positions in Granville and Greenwich, NY. You ll be supported by a full spectrum of services, including Primary Care, Specialty Providers, and a Hospitalist team, allowing for comprehensive, coordinated care for your patients.

**Highlights of the Position:**

Full-time, flexible schedule

Telephone call only minimal commitment (average 3 weeks per year)

Excellent clinical and administrative support staff

On-site services: Medical Imaging, Lab, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy

Cerner EMR system

Hospital-employed with competitive compensation and full benefits

**Compensation:**

Base salary range: $228,619 $280,000 (based on experience)

Additional productivity bonus
