**Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity**
**Located in Glens Falls, NY**
**Full Time and Permanent Position**

The Opportunity
Join a collaborative team of 10 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers in a dynamic, state-of-the-art hematology/oncology practice located in Glens Falls, Saratoga, and Malta, New York.

Position Highlights
Openings available for inpatient, outpatient, or a hybrid of both settings
Primary role includes interim chemotherapy and treatment-related visits, support with problem visits, and inpatient rounding
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Call is telephone only, 1:4 nights (Monday Thursday)
Outpatient-focused with minimal weekend or holiday requirements

Qualifications
Experience in oncology is highly preferred
Candidates without oncology experience must have 1 2 years of internal medicine experience
Must be a licensed and certified NP or PA in New York State

Accredited as a Comprehensive Community Cancer Center by the American College of Surgeons and recognized as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology
Access to comprehensive on-site services, including radiation oncology, PET/CT imaging, infusion, laboratory, pharmacy, and genetic counseling
Newly renovated hematology/oncology clinic with Epic EMR system
Strong support services including nurse navigation, specialty pharmacy, genetic counseling, and clinical research coordination
Opportunities for participation in cooperative group and industry-sponsored clinical trials
