**BC/BE in Anesthesiology**
**Full-Time Position**
Join a collaborative and progressive Anesthesia team consisting of 6 physicians and 13 CRNAs.
Full-time position with flexible scheduling and two track options:
o Two 24-hour shifts/week covering all nights and weekends
o Four 12-hour weekday shifts, with no nights or weekends
Diverse case mix including: Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Urology, Vascular, General Surgery, Plastics, Robotics, OB-GYN, GI, IR, and healthy Pediatrics
o No cardiac or neuro (heads) cases
CRNAs practice under MD supervision
Hospital-employed position offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, loan forgiveness, and sign-on bonus
Organization uses system-wide Epic EMR
Facility is a 391-bed Magnet Recognized community hospital, part of a respected regional health system
Base compensation, depending on experience: $550,000
