Setting: Outpatient only, No call

Patients per shift: 10
Support staff: 2 RNs, 1 Office Staff

Requirements:
Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
Active NC medical license (required)
Required Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing timeframe: 60 days (temp privileges available)
Fellowship trained (2 years)
Must be proficient in:
o Brachytherapy: Intracavitary, Interstitial, Vascular/Endovascular, LDR, HDR
o EBRT: Linear Accelerator, Rapid Arc/VMAT, Electrons, Tomotherapy, Superficial/Orthovoltage
o Techniques: IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS (Cyber Knife, Gamma Knife), IORT, TBI, TSE
o Treatment Planning: 3D CRT, IMRT, Image Fusion (PET CT/MRI), Beam Shaping (MLC), EPI
o Participation in Clinical Trials
