**Sleep Medicine Physician Findlay, OH**
Join a thriving, independent, non-profit health system in Northwest and Central Ohio that offers autonomy, flexibility, and outstanding support for both early-career and experienced physicians. Our health system is located in Findlay, Ohio ranked the best mid-sized city in the U.S. for 10 consecutive years just 40 miles south of Toledo, with easy access to Detroit, Columbus, and Cleveland.
**Position Highlights:**
100% clinical Sleep Medicine outpatient only
Monday Friday schedule with no weekends or evenings
Flexible clinic hours including options for early or extended shifts
Average 15 20 sleep studies per week and 13 patients/day in clinic
1:2 office phone call only
Strong team support: APP, nurse, and MA in clinic
16 hours/week sleep study reading, 20 hours patient contact, 4 hours admin
Weekly onsite CME + additional resources via Mayo Clinic Care Network
**Compensation & Benefits:**
Competitive base salary (continues beyond initial contract) with wRVU bonus
Student loan repayment and signing bonus
Relocation allowance and CME stipend
Financial support during or following training (monthly, quarterly, or annual options)
