**Position Summary**
A well-established, community-based urology practice is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team in Northwest Ohio. This position offers a collaborative, high-quality clinical environment focused on compassionate patient care and professional autonomy.

**Key Responsibilities**
Provide care to patients of all ages in both outpatient clinic and inpatient settings
Conduct evaluations for new and established patients
Perform inpatient rounding and provide care continuity
Manage an average of 15 20 patients per day
Monday Friday schedule
Utilize an integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system
Exercise autonomy in clinical decision-making within scope of practice

**Qualifications**
3 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, or 1 2 years in urology specifically preferred
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Comfortable managing acute and chronic urological conditions
Current licensure or eligibility to practice in Ohio
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
