**APP Post Acute Care Opening in Washington**
Located in Lacey, WA - Olympia 5m, Tacoma 28m
* Full-time, Flexible
* Monday - Friday
* On-call during the day (M-F)
* Post Acute Care Inpatient Setting
* Deliver comprehensive primary care
* Manage acute and chronic conditions
* Develop personalized care plans
* Integrate and work closely with the IDT
* Partner and work collaboratively with physician
**Compensation & Benefits**
* Full benefits including, health insurance, 401K, short/long term disability, flex time (PTO), dental, and vision
* Highly competitive base salary and uncapped bi-weekly bonus
* Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $140,000-$168,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
* Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage
* This position has full benefits and includes a $10,000 sign on bonus, after 2 years of full-time employment an additional $10,000 retention bonus will be given.
**Qualifications**
* FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
* Active Washington NP/PA License
* Active DEA preferred, but not required
* New or experienced clinicians
