Dates: Start ASAP Ongoing

Job Details:
Full-time schedule: 2184 hours annually (approximately 182 shifts/year)
12-hour shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
Scheduled clinical hours + beeper call
Call every 4th night (Q4)
30-minute call response time
Call back rate approximately 8%
Epic EMR
8 10 procedures per day
Outpatient and inpatient practice settings
Facility is Trauma Level 3 certified
Temporary privileges available
Fellowship training required
Typical Procedures:
Fine Needle Aspiration
Bone Marrow Biopsy and Aspiration
Paracentesis
Thoracentesis
Core Needle Biopsy (Lung, Mediastinum)
Liver Biopsy
Intro Cath Dialysis
Flow Cytometry
Tunneled Central Venous Access Device placement with subcutaneous Port Placement
IR Injections

Requirements:
Board Certified in Vascular and Interventional Radiology
Active Oklahoma license or IMLC
ACLS certification required
Clean background and NPDB
Hospital/surgery center privileges required
No resident or teaching supervision required
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 90 days
