- "Job Seeker" refers to an individual using the Website to search for job opportunities, apply for jobs, or create and submit resumes.
- "Employer" refers to any organization or individual using the Website to post job listings, search for candidates, or contact job seekers.
- "Services" refers to all the features and functionalities provided on the Website, including job listings, application processes, resume database access, and communication tools.
2. Eligibility
By using the Website, you affirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are accessing the Website on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Website, such as applying for jobs, posting job listings, or accessing the candidate database, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to notify us promptly of any changes to your account details.
4. Job Seeker Responsibilities
As a Job Seeker, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your resume, job application, and profile.
- Use the Website solely for job searching, job application, and related activities.
- Refrain from uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
You acknowledge that by submitting your resume and application materials to employers, you are allowing them access to this information for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy.
5. Employer Responsibilities
As an Employer, you agree to:
- Post only job listings that are accurate, truthful, and in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-discrimination and labor laws.
- Not misuse the platform for solicitation of job seekers outside the scope of recruitment or for other unauthorized purposes.
- Not post jobs or conduct activities that are fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise in violation of the law.
- Not share, sell, or redistribute any candidate information obtained through HospitalRecruiting.com’s candidate database, and to make reasonable effort to prevent such actions.
Employers are also responsible for reviewing job seeker applications and resumes in a fair and non-discriminatory manner.
Subscription Cancellation Policy:
A three month minimum commitment is required on all subscription packages. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time (after the initial three month period) by phone, 800-244-7236 or via email, info@hospitalrecruiting.com. Cancellations shall become effective on the last day of the current month’s subscription.
Conflict of Interest Policy:
Employer company represents that it is not a competing job board, and that it will not use HospitalRecruiting’s candidate database for the purpose of populating or transferring candidates to any other job board. Client further represents that it’s employees do not own, operate, or work for job boards, and that it’s other affiliated companies are not job boards. If client company violates this policy then candidate database access may be removed from client account, and/or client account may be terminated without refund at HospitalRecruiting.com’s discretion.
Image Policy:
Employer companies must have legal ownership of any and all images uploaded to HospitalRecruiting.com. Employer companies may also upload images they are legally entitled to use such as Public Domain or Creative Commons images with proper attributions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Website's operation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, accounts, or networks associated with the Website.
- Upload, post, or transmit any harmful content, including viruses, malware, or spyware.
- Engage in any form of harassment or abuse toward other users of the Website.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website if we determine that you have violated these Terms.
7. User-Generated Content
By submitting any content, such as resumes, job applications, job listings, or other materials, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content in connection with the operation of the Website and our services.
You retain ownership of your content, but you acknowledge that your content may be viewed by other users of the Website, including employers and/or job seekers.

We are not responsible for any content exchanged through these communication channels, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of any content exchanged between users.

Some features on the Website, such as posting job listings or accessing premium services, may require payment. If you use paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the terms specified at the time of purchase. Payment is due upon billing, and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to certain services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease, and any content you have submitted may be removed from the Website.
